These regulations govern the organization, management, and participation in the “PIM – Phonecards International Meeting” event (hereinafter “PIM”). The event aims to promote the culture of phonecard collecting by encouraging the exchange, exhibition, and promotion of phonecards and their history.
The PIM is organized by the non-profit cultural association “Worldwide Phonecards Collectors Club” (hereinafter the Organizer). The Organizer is responsible for:

The PIM takes place annually in the Municipality of Grugliasco at the Parco Culturale Le Serre, La Nave building, Via Tiziano Lanza 31, Grugliasco (TO). Specific dates and opening hours for exhibitors and visitors are published on the official website phonecardscollectorsclub.com for each edition and are considered an integral part of these regulations.
Collectors and phonecard operators may participate. Exhibitors must submit their applications as soon as possible, as applications will be rejected once the dedicated tables are filled. Priority is given to those who exhibited in the previous edition.
Exhibitor obligations:
It is not permitted to bring tables, chairs, or other furnishings other than those assigned by the Organizer.
Access by car or van to the Parco Culturale Le Serre is permitted only for the time necessary for loading and unloading. Once the vehicle is emptied, please move it quickly to allow other exhibitors access to that space. Vehicles can be parked anywhere outside the Parco Culturale Le Serre; the Municipality of Grugliasco does not have paid parking areas.
The designated time slot for access to the park for unloading goods is the Friday of the event, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Anyone unable to set up before the event opens to the public must inform the Organizer so that access can be granted.
The displayed material must comply with Italian regulations. The PIM is not a trade fair; therefore, trades and negotiations are permitted, but these must be completed outside the event venue. The value of the displayed material may be indicated on signs and/or labels.

The Organizer may request the removal of non-compliant material.
The Organizer guarantees compliance with current regulations for public events. Each exhibitor is responsible for their own property. The Organizer is not liable for theft or damage, unless otherwise provided by law.
Admission is completely free. Visitors must behave respectfully and not handle the exhibited material without permission.
Any specific provisions will be communicated and must be respected by all participants.
Photography and filming are permitted inside the PIM venue unless explicitly prohibited by the exhibitor for their own exhibition space.
By participating in the PIM, whether as an exhibitor or visitor, participants acknowledge and accept that photos and videos may be taken during the event by the Organizer (Worldwide Phonecards Collectors Club) or its authorized collaborators for documentation and promotional purposes. These materials may be published on the WPC Club website (phonecardscollectorsclub.com), on official social media channels, in press releases, and in any other communication related to the WPC Club and PIM activities.
Any participant who does not wish to be photographed or filmed must notify the Organizer at the entrance before the event begins.
All processing of personal data through photography and filming is carried out in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the WPC Club Privacy Policy.
Violation of these regulations may result in exclusion from the PIM.
Participation in the PIM as an exhibitor implies full acceptance of these regulations. Exhibitors confirm their acceptance at the time of registration by checking the mandatory acceptance box in the registration form.
