Pro Loco Grugliasco
A bar and catering service operated by Pro Loco Grugliasco is available inside the exhibition hall throughout the event, offering breakfast, coffee, sandwiches, hot dishes, and lunch menus at competitive prices.
Set-Up
Friday Morning Access
Exhibitors may access the venue on the Friday of the event from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm for unloading and set-up. Anyone unable to set up within this window must notify the Organizer in advance.

Parking
Free Outside the Venue
Vehicle access to the Parco Culturale Le Serre is permitted for loading and unloading only. Vehicles can be parked free of charge anywhere outside the venue — the Municipality of Grugliasco has no paid parking areas.
The venue entrance and surrounding streets offer ample free parking space for exhibitors arriving with large quantities of material.
PIM Regulation
Participation as an exhibitor implies full acceptance of the PIM Regulation. Acceptance is confirmed via mandatory checkbox at the time of registration.
Registration for PIM 2027 will open once dates are officially confirmed. In the meantime, express your interest and we will contact you as soon as registration opens.
