Every year, the PIM – Phonecards International Meeting attracts collectors from more than 25 countries. Many travel significant distances to attend: from Europe, North America, Asia and beyond. Finding comfortable, conveniently located PIM hotels at a fair price is therefore one of the first practical challenges for any international visitor planning their trip to Grugliasco, Turin.
For 2026, the Worldwide Phonecards Collectors Club has negotiated special rates with the three hotels closest to the PIM venue. All three are within easy driving distance and all offer exclusive rates available only by mentioning the PIM Fair rate at the time of booking.

The PIM Hotels: 3 Exclusive Agreements for Phonecards International Meeting Visitors
The three PIM hotels were selected based on proximity to the Salone La Nave at Parco Culturale Le Serre in Grugliasco – the venue of the Phonecards International Meeting since 2025. All three are located in Collegno or Rivoli, two municipalities that border directly with Grugliasco in the western Turin metropolitan area.
The WPC Club has negotiated exclusive rates for PIM visitors with each hotel. These rates include breakfast and, in the case of Blu Hotel Torino, WiFi. They are not available through standard online booking platforms: to access your PIM hotel agreement, you must contact the hotel directly and request the PIM Fair rate by name.
Full details, including rates and direct contacts, are available in the Hotels & Tourism Agreements section on the PIM page.

Blu Hotel Torino: 4 Stars in Collegno
Blu Hotel Torino is the most comfortable option among the three PIM hotels, offering 4-star accommodation in the municipality of Collegno. Located at Via Torino 154, just 2 km from the PIM venue, the hotel combines quality with convenience and is an excellent choice for collectors who want to relax comfortably after a full day at the Phonecards International Meeting.
The hotel’s restaurant, La Rosa Blu, is on-site, allowing guests to dine without leaving the premises – a practical advantage after a long day of trading and collecting.
Collegno is a municipality that applies no tourist tax, meaning guests pay only the negotiated nightly rate with no per-person surcharge.
PIM exclusive rates:
| Room type | Rate per night |
|---|---|
| Single room | €105.00 – incl. breakfast and WiFi |
| Double room | €120.00 – incl. breakfast and WiFi |
How to book: Call +39 011 4018700 and ask for the PIM Fair rate.

Tulip Inn Hotel West: 3 Stars in Rivoli
Tulip Inn Hotel West is located at Corso Allamano 153 in Rivoli and offers 3-star accommodation with a distinctive setting: on clear days, the hotel commands views of the Alps, giving international visitors a scenic backdrop during their stay in the Turin area.
Rivoli is the only one of the three PIM hotel municipalities that applies a tourist tax. Guests staying at the Tulip Inn Hotel West should budget an additional €2.00 per person per night. For a solo visitor staying three nights across the full PIM weekend, this amounts to €6.00 in total.
PIM exclusive rates:
| Room type | Rate per night |
|---|---|
| Single room | €85.00 – incl. breakfast |
| Double room | €95.00 – incl. breakfast |
| Tourist tax | €2.00 per person per night (Rivoli) |
How to book: Call 800 088 279 (freephone within Italy) and ask for the PIM Fair rate, or visit the hotel website directly.

Hotel Frejus: 3 Stars in Collegno
Hotel Frejus is a 3-star hotel at Via Castagnelizza 27 in Collegno, offering the most accessible PIM hotel rates of the three options. It is a practical, reliable choice for collectors who plan to spend the majority of their time at the fair and are looking for a well-positioned base without paying a premium.
As with Blu Hotel Torino, Hotel Frejus is located in Collegno and therefore benefits from no tourist tax. The hotel also offers a triple room option, making it suitable for small groups of collectors travelling together.
PIM exclusive rates:
| Room type | Rate per night |
|---|---|
| Single room | €65.00 – incl. breakfast |
| Double room | €75.00 – incl. breakfast |
| Triple room | €95.00 – incl. breakfast |
| Tourist tax | Not applicable (Collegno) |
How to book: Call +39 011 4111507 and ask for the PIM Fair rate, or visit the hotel website directly.

Tourist Tax: The Difference Between Collegno and Rivoli
A small but useful detail for visitors comparing the three PIM hotels is the tourist tax (imposta di soggiorno). This is a municipal charge added per person per night on top of the room rate.
Collegno (Blu Hotel Torino and Hotel Frejus): No tourist tax. Guests pay the agreed nightly rate only.
Rivoli (Tulip Inn Hotel West): Tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night. For two people staying three nights over the PIM weekend, this adds €12.00 to the total bill.
When comparing hotels, factor in the tourist tax to arrive at the true cost per person per night. In all three cases, the PIM Fair rate remains highly competitive relative to standard rates in the Turin area.
Getting from Your PIM Hotel to the Venue
All three PIM hotels are a short drive from the PIM venue. The Salone La Nave at Parco Culturale Le Serre is reachable in approximately 5 minutes by car from any of the three hotels under normal traffic conditions.
To navigate directly to the entrance: Via Tiziano Lanza 31, Grugliasco (TO). Parking is available at the venue, and given the amount of material most exhibitors and serious collectors bring to the PIM, arriving by car is strongly recommended.
Grugliasco, Collegno and Rivoli are immediately adjacent municipalities in the western Turin metropolitan area. Municipal boundaries here often run down the middle of the same street, so the short distances involved are genuine.
For international visitors arriving by air, Turin Airport – Torino Caselle Sandro Pertini is the nearest major airport. The drive to any of the three PIM hotels takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
Beyond the Fair: Exploring Turin During PIM Weekend
The PIM takes place each April, which is an excellent time to visit the Turin area. For visitors who want to extend their trip beyond the fair itself, the region offers a remarkable range of cultural and culinary experiences.
Turin is one of Italy’s most underrated cities. A former capital of the Kingdom of Sardinia, it is home to the Museo Egizio – one of the world’s finest collections of ancient Egyptian artefacts – the iconic Mole Antonelliana, the Royal Palace complex and a café culture rooted in centuries of refined commercial tradition. The city’s historic centre is easily accessible from any of the three PIM hotels.
The WPC Club has also been working to establish special agreements for museum and monument visits in Turin and the surrounding province, to be made available to PIM visitors. Details will be published on the website as they are confirmed.
For comprehensive information on what to see and do in the Turin area during your stay, the Turismo Torino e Provincia website is the official reference for visitors to the region.
Airbnb and Other Accommodation Options
For PIM visitors who prefer self-catering accommodation, or those travelling in groups, Airbnb and similar platforms offer a wide range of apartments and rooms across the greater Turin area – including Grugliasco, Collegno, Rivoli and Turin’s city centre.
Self-catering can be a practical choice for exhibitors who travel with significant quantities of material and prefer the flexibility of private accommodation. Both Grugliasco and Collegno are well served by listings at various price points. When searching, filter by proximity to Grugliasco or Via Tiziano Lanza to identify the options closest to the PIM venue.
Book Early: How to Access Your PIM Hotel Rate
The exclusive PIM hotel rates are available only by contacting each hotel directly and requesting the PIM Fair rate by name. These rates cannot be accessed through standard online booking platforms such as Booking.com or Expedia.
