That single photo is the whole idea behind the WPC Summer Contest 2026. This summer, your phonecards are coming with you, and we want to see where they end up.

One Photo. One Collection. One Summer.
The rules are as light as a holiday should be. Take a photo or a short video of your phonecards somewhere that says summer to you. A beach, a mountain trail, a city square, a café table, your own sunny balcony. The only thing that matters is that your phonecards are the stars of the shot.
A rare card framed against the sea. Your travel album open on the sand. A vintage card held up to the very monument it was printed to celebrate. Be playful, be clever, be you.
Two Folders to Win, Two Ways to Win Them
Here is where it gets seriously fun. Two winners walk away with the WPC 50th Anniversary Commemorative Folder, a limited edition of just 111 numbered copies, normally reserved for members only. Inside: four specially overprinted test phonecards. A genuine collector’s piece, the kind that does not come around twice.
One folder goes to the entry with the most votes from the public. The other goes to the entry chosen by WPC members. Two winners, two roads to victory, and your shot is real whether you have a hundred friends to rally or none at all.
Staying Home? You Are Already There
No flight booked? No problem. Your collection is the destination. Some of the best entries will come from a kitchen table, a sunlit windowsill, a backyard in the late afternoon. Creativity beats coordinates every single time.
How to Take Part
It takes one minute:
- Snap one photo or film one short video, with your phonecards as the protagonists.
- Send it by 31 August 2026 via WhatsApp (+39 331 179 3728) or email ([email protected]), with your full name, country, contact and holiday location.
- Watch the votes roll in all through September.
No forms, no fuss. Just you, your cards, and your favourite summer spot.
