PIM 2026 Regulation

Article 1 – Object and Purpose
These regulations govern the organization, management, and participation in the “PIM – PHONECARDS INTERNATIONAL MEETING 2026” event (hereinafter “PIM”).
The event aims to promote the culture of phone card collecting by encouraging the exchange, exhibition, and promotion of phone cards and their history.


Article 2 – Organization
The PIM is organized by the non-profit cultural association “Worldwide Phonecard Collectors Club” (hereinafter the Organizer).
The Organizer is responsible for:
• defining the program and exhibition areas,
• selecting exhibitors specializing in phone cards,
• managing access and official communications.
The organizer uses third-party services to:
• ensure the safety of the premises through a 24-hour security service for the entire duration of the PIM
• restroom cleaning
• bar service


Art. 3 – Location and Duration
The PIM will take place in the Municipality of Grugliasco at the Le Serre Cultural Park, La Nave building, on April 17, 18, and 19, 2026.
Exhibitor opening hours are as follows:
• Friday, April 17, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
• Saturday, April 18, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm
• Sunday, April 19, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Visitor opening hours are as follows:
• Friday, April 17, from 12:00 pm to 6:30 pm
• Saturday, April 18, from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
• Sunday, April 19, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.


Art. 4 – Participants and Exhibitors
Collectors may participate. and phone card operators.
Exhibitors must submit their applications as soon as possible, as applications will be rejected once the 89 dedicated tables are filled.
Exhibitor obligations:
• Only occupy the assigned spaces,
• Respect set-up and dismantling times
• Ensure the legality of the exhibited material
• Comply with safety regulations.
It is not permitted to bring tables, chairs, or other furnishings other than those assigned by the organizer.


Art. 5 – Vehicle Access
Access by car/van to the Le Serre Cultural Park is permitted only for the time necessary for loading/unloading. Once the vehicle is emptied, please move it quickly to allow other exhibitors access to that space. Vehicles can be parked anywhere outside the Le Serre Cultural Park; the Municipality of Grugliasco does not have paid parking areas.


Article 6 – Set-up
The designated time slot for access to the Park for unloading goods is Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Anyone unable to set up before the event opens to the public must inform the Organizer so that access can be granted.


Article 7 – Displayed Material
The displayed material must comply with Italian regulations.
The PIM is not a trade fair, therefore, trades and negotiations are permitted, but these must be completed outside the event venue. The value of the displayed material may be indicated on signs and/or labels.
The display of the following is prohibited:
• counterfeit telephone cards,
• stolen or illegally held material,
• unmarketable or protected documents.
The Organizer may request the removal of non-compliant material.


Article 8 – Safety and Responsibility
The Organizer guarantees compliance with current regulations for public events.
Each exhibitor is responsible for their own property.
The organizer is not liable for theft or damage, unless otherwise provided by law.


Art. 9 – Public Access
Admission is completely free.
Visitors must behave respectfully and not handle the exhibited material without permission.


Art. 10 – Health and Hygiene Regulations
Any specific provisions will be communicated and must be respected by all participants.


Art. 11 – Photography, Filming, and Privacy
Photography and filming are permitted unless explicitly prohibited by the exhibitor.
The organizer may film for informational purposes in compliance with the GDPR.


Art. 12 – Penalties
Violation of the regulations may result in exclusion from the Congress.


Art. 13 – Acceptance of the Regulations
Participation implies full acceptance of these regulations.
