WPC Club Charity Auction

Every year at the PIM – Phonecards International Meeting, the WPC Club organizes a charity auction open to donations from collectors, companies and local businesses. One hundred percent of the proceeds go to a different organization each edition.

Annual Commitment

Collecting for a Cause

The WPC Club believes that the passion for collecting can generate real, concrete impact. The charity auction has become a structural part of the PIM – Phonecards International Meeting, growing edition after edition in scale, in donations and in the community it reaches.

100% Donated

Every euro raised goes directly to the chosen charity. No deductions, no fees, fully documented with official bank transfers.

New Partner Every Edition

Each PIM edition brings a new charity partner, chosen for the relevance of its mission to the local community and beyond.

Community-Driven

Donations come from collectors, companies and local businesses. Anyone can contribute an item and be part of something bigger than the hobby.

24 Lots Donated by Collectors and Exhibitors

The true heart of the PIM 2026 charity auction was the generosity of the collectors and exhibitors who took part. Over 24 lots were donated by members of our community, including phonecards, accessories, catalogues, telephone-related items and collectibles from around the world, each carrying the personal story of the person who gave it.

Every donation, regardless of its market value, was an act of trust in the WPC Club and in the cause we chose to support. We are proud of each and every one of them.

Where It All Started

At the second edition of the PIM, the WPC Club organized its first charity auction, a test run made possible by a generous donation from Jersey Telecom, who contributed two official Jersey Island phonecard binders from their own collection.

The auction raised €240, which was transferred in full to Jersey Telecom. The company then donated the amount to a local charity of their choice on the island of Jersey.

That first edition proved that the format worked, and laid the foundation for what the PIM charity auction has since become.
